14th Amendment
This forum is to discuss how to activate and/or utilize the 14th amendment to prevent those who wish to destroy democracy from being in office. Yes, this is about 45 and many of his elected minions.

News Media
Does the news media have any responsibilities? Are there any ethics they should live up to? Have you attempted to contact members of the new media? Please share your opinions and actions you have taken to improve the news media

Project Democracy
We need a guiding light document for democracy. The concept is to recognize Project 2025, how bad it is for democracy, and do the same for democracy, rather than against it. Are you are interested in preserving democracy. Do you believe, or at least suspect, that the MAGA crowd, the Christian Nationalist, and the majority of the Republican party, are not putting democracy at risk. If so, please consider this forum and a response to Project 2025. My title is the same as this forum:

I do not pretend to know how to write the document, but will do what I can. The first tiny step is this forum. Your advice is essential.

This is for comments and conversations about the Supreme Court that don't fit in a named forum.

Citizens United
The Citizens United decision is one of the worst in the entire history of SCOTUS. This forum is for discussions of how to get this reversed.

Ethics
This forum is dedicated to a code of ethics for SCOTUS. There currently is none. The proposal floated by the current members of SCOTUS in December of 2023 is essentially without merit.
